Brief introduction
The hydraulic guillotine uses hydraulic oil as a medium, and uses an electric motor and a hydraulic oil pump as a power source. The valve group acts on the oil cylinder to make the shearing machine move up and down to shear the material. This ensures that the shearing machine will not be overloaded and cause damage to the machine tool, so it is safer and more durable than a mechanical shearing machine.
Compared with the hydraulic swing shearing machine, the shearing angle of the hydraulic guillotine can be adjusted, which makes the shearing effect better and smoother.
Because the hydraulic guillotine uses front and rear rollers to clamp the knife frame to move vertically up and down without gaps, it is called a guillotine. It reduces the energy loss of the machine tool and improves the shearing accuracy, so it is more accurate than the hydraulic swing shearing machine. The wheel rotating mechanism is more accurate and convenient to adjust the blade gap.
