The guillotine shearing machine adopts a frame structure with all-steel welding; four-corner and eight-sided right-angle guide rails, high precision, good rigidity, and hydraulic preloading. The hydraulic system adopts two-way plug-in integrated valve; the whole system adopts; and can be configured with digital display of stroke, photoelectric protection device and mobile workbench (convenient for mold replacement). Function, the working pressure stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process requirements, and the operation is simple and centralized control by buttons.

Advantages:
1. The overall welded frame structure is adopted, and after vibration aging treatment, the machine tool has good rigidity, high precision and good precision retention.
2. The three-point supporting shaft rolling guide rail is adopted, and the upper tool holder rolls without gap between the rolling guide rails, and the service life of the blade can be adjusted by turning the hand wheel.
3. The movable blade support and four-edged long blade are convenient to adjust the uniformity of the blade gap, improve the cutting quality and prolong the service life of the blade.
4. The series oil cylinder synchronous system is adopted, and the force on the machine tool is even. By adjusting the flow rate of the series oil cylinder, the shearing angle can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of different shear plate thicknesses.
5. The motorized rear gauge device and electronic counter are adopted to facilitate the adjustment of the rear gauge position.
