Main structure and function
This machine is a linear slide rail-guided four-roller plate rolling machine, which is mainly composed of a frame part, an upper roller part, a lower roller part, a side roller part, a turning bearing body part, a main transmission part, a hydraulic part, an electrical part, a lubricating part, basic parts etc.
The upper and lower rollers are driving rollers, and the side rollers are driven rollers. The position of the upper roller is fixed, and the lower roller and side rollers can move up and down. The upper and lower rollers are driven by hydraulic pressure. The rotation of the lower and side rollers is driven by the friction between the steel plate and each roller. The overturning and reset of the bracket is operated by the oil cylinder. Each roller bearing body and oil cylinder are installed in the frame at the left and right ends.
The upper and lower rollers are the main driving rollers [Single Roller/Double Roller] The hydraulic motor is equipped with a timely brake so that the machine can stop in time and achieve the smaller straight edge of the plate. The position of the upper roll is fixed, and it only rotates to provide torque for sheet rolling; the other work rolls perform both rotation and lifting.
The machine's lower roller and side rollers are guided by high-quality linear slide rails. The lower roller oil cylinder and the side roller oil cylinder are respectively installed in the guide grooves of the left and right racks, and the reciprocating movement of the oil cylinders can make the lower roller and side rollers move up and down along the guide grooves. The lower roller and the rollers on both sides can also tilt and move, which is convenient for rolling tapered workpieces and correcting and rounding the workpieces.
There is an overturning bearing body on the left frame, which is driven by the overturning oil cylinder to realize opening and closing with the head of the upper roller; there is a balance device at the tail of the upper roller, which keeps the upper roller balanced when the upper roller and the tipping frame are opened .
