Carbon Steel Automatic Three Roll Plate Rolling Machine Electric 3 Roller Bending 12x2000mm
Main structural components of the machine
1) Upper and lower rolls: they are the main parts of the plate rolling machine, and the material is forged high-quality carbon steel.
2) Frame: There are left and right frames and one, the lower part is fixed on the base with screws, and there is a transmission rod in the middle to connect the two frames. There is a trapezoidal rod inside the frame, the upper end of the screw rod supports the two end bearings of the upper roller, and the screw rod is connected to the worm gear sleeve to make the upper roller rise or fall.
3) Main reducer: the new standard reducer is installed on the same base as the pad elevated frame.
4) Plate unloading device: installed on the side of the main reducer, and keep the upper roller in balance when unloading the plate.
5) Base: It is welded by channel steel and steel plate, and the frame, reducer, electric motor, etc. are all installed on the base to form a whole.

2. Machine transmission
1) Main drive: The roll of the plate rolling machine is the driving roll, the upper roll is the driven roll, and the drive of the lower roll is driven by the main motor through the main reducer and the open gear
2) Auxiliary transmission: the forward and reverse rotation of the auxiliary motor makes the upper roller rise or fall through the auxiliary reducer, transmission shaft, worm gear pair and screw pair, and a clutch clutch is installed on the transmission. The combination is used to adjust the parallelism of the axes of the upper roller and the lower roller.
